Frames and frames

The internal or perimeter frame or blocking of the panel means that the product can be worked like a traditional panel .
The size of the frame is defined with the customer based on the work that will be carried out on the panel.

Perimeter frame on all sides or part of them, for edging or the insertion of hardware .

Internal masonry for the insertion of hardware or for the creation of holes, through holes or milling of various kinds. Insertion of pipes for the passage of cables.

Types of blockwork

The frames and the blocks can be made with different materials , the choice of these is made based on the processes that need to be carried out and can be:


Material that gives a structural value to the panel and allows the passage of wires or other material.


Economical material to use when you need a support on which you have to lacquer

Material that is used when it does not need to be edged, it can be lacquered and has high resistance to water and humidity. It is possible to anchor hardware to it

Usable material
- between the skins , visible or as a support for the edging
- shaped and left exposed as it is a high quality material
Plywood is light and resistant to use when you need a support on which to fix hardware

Differentiated blocking

When the block is large and must perform multiple functions, it is possible to differentiate it.
In the photo:
- Inner multilayer for anchoring the hardware
- External MDF, to have the optimal material for shaping and lacquering
