FALSE CEILING PANELS

The false ceiling panels made with aluminum honeycomb technology are extremely light and resistant to bending and solve the problems of making panels large and thin,  with a very heavy outer surface or a special geometry.

Panels to be lacquered
We produce false ceiling panels to be lacquered in two solutions, with :

ALUXAPP and ALUXAPP-H in both cases with frames in Eulithe or phenolic plywood.

Hardware insertion

The necessary hardware is inserted by screwing it into the steel bushings or threads inserted in the panel.

BITS WITH METRIC SCREWING

The inserts with metric thread are anchored to the aluminum skins through a mechanical deformation system of the insert itself.  This screwing system is particularly solid and reversible, because the screws can be screwed in and out multiple times.

NYLON SELF TAPPING BUSHES

 

This screwing system is particularly simple to practice: once the panel has been drilled, it is sufficient to dry insert the nylon insert, which will guarantee the tightness of the screwed-in lag screw by expansion.
