Cold assembled
Our panels are cold-assembled, a technique that provides greater stability and rigidity, especially when the panels are exposed to temperature changes.
Unlike panels with aluminum cores and skins, which tend to warp with thermal change, ours maintain their rigid structure, ensuring non-deformability-a key feature for applications where dimensional stability is imperative.

Asymmetric Surfaces and Multiple Stratification
Our honeycomb-backed panels offer great design versatility, even allowing for asymmetrical surfaces and multiple layering.
Each layer can serve a specific function, combining different performances. For example, a structural skin can be maintained and, in addition, a decorative skin or an additional intermediate layer can be applied to provide acoustic and thermal insulation.

Our panels can be designed with internal massing, which allows for any kind of subsequent processing, either by us or the customer. Frame or massing, internal or perimeter, ensures that the panel can be treated and processed like a traditional panel, while retaining all its technical characteristics.
It is possible to sectional, drill and edgebanding panels on the required features.
