The aluminum honeycomb structure combines low weight, high rigidity, and the possibility of producing large-format panels.
Ceiling panels manufactured with aluminum honeycomb composite panels are the ideal solution for applications requiring lightweight construction, high stiffness and dimensional stability. The sandwich structure provides excellent flexural rigidity, enabling the production of large-format, thin panels, even with heavy facings or complex geometries.

We make ceiling panels to be lacquered in two solutions, with:
ALUXAPP and ALUXAPP-H, in both cases with frames in Eulithe or phenolic plywood.

Which configuration to choose
ALUXAPP-H is suitable for lacquering and is recommended for standard indoor environments without specific humidity concerns.
By using a thicker MDF substrate, custom patterns and designs can also be engraved into the surface according to project specifications.
Veneered panels
Veneered ceiling panels manufactured with aluminum honeycomb composite panels combine the natural beauty of wood with a lightweight, stiff and dimensionally stable structure. Thanks to their excellent flexural rigidity, they enable the creation of large-format ceilings with high performance and premium-quality finishes.

Choose ALUXAPP-E for applications in humid environments.
ALUXAPP-H is easier to veneer and is suitable for standard environments without specific humidity concerns.
HPL laminate panels
HPL-clad suspended ceiling panels made from aluminium honeycomb composite panels provide durable, hard-wearing surfaces with high aesthetic quality. The laminate can be applied to both sides of the panel or to the visible side only, allowing weight, cost and performance to be optimised according to the project requirements.

Which configuration should you choose?
ALUXAPP-HPL can be clad with HPL laminate on both faces or on one face only. In the latter case, the opposite face can be finished with painted metal sheet or wood veneer, depending on the project’s aesthetic and technical requirements.

We produce ceiling panels to be lacquered in two solutions, with:
ALUXAPP and ALUXAPP-H, in both cases with frames in Eulithe or phenolic plywood.

Why choose this configuration?
The panels are made from composite aluminium honeycomb panels, with the exposed face finished in satin aluminium.
The panels have no perimeter frame; the edges are finished with T-shaped aluminium profiles.

Metric Threaded Inserts

Metric threaded inserts are anchored to aluminum skins through a mechanical deformation system of the insert itself. This screwing system is particularly strong and reversible, because the screws can be screwed and unscrewed multiple times
Self-tapping bushing in nylon or steel thread

The hangers are screwed to the honeycomb panel through anchoring with steel threads or self-tapping nylon bushings to ensure the necessary hold.
