Composite panel cabinet doors with an aluminum honeycomb core offer lightweight construction, exceptional stiffness and high bending resistance. They enable the production of large-format doors, even with reduced thicknesses down to 12 mm, supporting heavy surface finishes and complex geometries while maintaining long-term dimensional stability and precision. Each panel is engineered to meet the specific performance requirements of the application.

Which configuration should you choose?
ALUXAPP, with its aluminium surface, is ideal when the use of wood-based substrates needs to be limited or for environments with higher humidity levels.
ALUXAPP-H provides a surface that is easier to lacquer for standard indoor environments. When an MDF layer of suitable thickness is used, it also allows custom-designed engravings and decorative machining.
Veneered doors
Veneered cabinet doors manufactured with aluminum honeycomb composite panels are an ideal solution for creating large-format doors that combine lightweight construction, exceptional stiffness and long-term dimensional stability. The sandwich structure with an aluminum honeycomb core reduces weight, minimizes bending and preserves the reliability of opening mechanisms, even on large-sized doors.

Which configuration should you choose?
ALUXAPP-E, with the veneer applied directly to the aluminium, is recommended when a reduced overall thickness and minimal use of wood-based layers are required.
ALUXAPP-H and ALUXAPP-T use an MDF and a particleboard substrate respectively, providing more traditional surfaces for bonding the veneer.
The choice depends on several factors, including the dimensions and whether the veneer sheets are natural or reconstituted.

Which configuration should you choose?
ALUXAPP-HPL can be clad with HPL laminate on both faces or on one face only. In the latter case, the opposite face can be finished with painted metal sheet or wood veneer, depending on the project’s aesthetic and technical requirements.
Support for marble doors
Lightweight composite panels are an ideal solution for manufacturing large-format cabinet doors faced with natural stone or porcelain stoneware. The sandwich structure provides exceptional stiffness, reduced weight and long-term dimensional stability, while facilitating the integration of hardware and opening systems.

Which configuration should you choose?
In marble-clad doors, the composite panel is inserted into the weight-reduced slab, providing the structural support required to anchor the hardware. The exposed face of the composite panel can be finished with wood veneer or pre-painted aluminium in a RAL colour.
Glass door - Laminam
Glass- or thin ceramic-faced cabinet doors are an ideal solution for creating large-format elements that combine lightweight construction, exceptional stiffness and long-term dimensional stability. Composite panels with an aluminum honeycomb core provide a reliable substrate for high-end decorative surfaces, reducing door weight and improving the performance of opening systems.

Why choose this configuration?
The doors are made from composite aluminium honeycomb panels, clad with glass or Laminam® and fitted with solid perimeter reinforcement to allow mechanical machining. The perimeter is finished with ABS edging in a RAL colour, leaving the thickness of the slab visible. Along the upper edge, the Laminam® cladding extends beyond the panel, creating a recess for an aluminium profile that serves as an integrated handle.
Thin stone doors
Thin-stone-clad doors made from ALUXAPP-P composite panels combine the aesthetics of natural stone with a lightweight, rigid and dimensionally stable structure. The aluminium honeycomb core provides a highly flex-resistant substrate, minimises deformation caused by stresses generated by the adhesives and reduces the overall weight of the door.

Why choose this configuration?
Stone-clad doors are manufactured using a lightweight, rigid and stable aluminium honeycomb substrate. The structure allows both faces to be clad in stone or the stone front to be combined with a veneered or lacquered reverse, minimising deformation caused by the different stresses within the materials. The edges are clad in thin stone, ensuring material continuity and a consistent appearance with the front.An integrated grip can be created in the door by means of a 45° cut, also clad in thin stone.

Metal-faced cabinet doors manufactured with composite panels are an ideal solution for contemporary furniture, combining minimalist design, lightweight construction and outstanding structural performance. The aluminum honeycomb core provides exceptional stiffness, long-term dimensional stability and high bending resistance, reducing the overall weight of the door while improving the reliability of opening mechanisms, even in large-format applications.

The doors are made from composite aluminium honeycomb panels, with the exposed face finished in satin aluminium.
The panels have no perimeter frame; the edges are finished with T-shaped aluminium profiles.
