CNC machining

We complete the production of the panel with processes such as special cuts and elements with variable geometry using 5-axis CNC machines. 
Our CNC systems allow high-precision machining of composite products.

Milling

Sandwich panels can be milled with solid carbide milling tools (VHM).
In general: The best process quality will be achieved with a high cutting speed and low feed rate. The selection of processing tools depends on the material of the outer surface.

Sandwich panels can be drilled with traditional metal bits (HSS-twist). If a hole with a diameter greater than 5 mm is required, the panel must be pre-drilled.
