CNC machining
Composite panels are machined on 5-axis CNC machining centers to produce drilled holes, milled features, pockets, grooves, and complex shapes with high precision. All machining operations are carried out directly on the finished panel.
CNC machining is developed from the customer's drawings and subsequently engineered by our technical department to ensure the required dimensional accuracy and manufacturing quality.

Milling
Composite panels can be machined using solid carbide (VHM) cutting tools. The selection of cutting tools and machining parameters depends on the panel facing material and the required geometry, ensuring high precision, excellent surface finish, and maximum productivity.

Drilling
Sandwich panels can be drilled with traditional metal bits (HSS-twist). If a hole with a diameter greater than 5 mm is required, the panel must be pre-drilled.
