Furniture doors

Our doors, made with aluminum honeycomb technology, are extremely lightweight and resistant to bending. They solve the issues that come with doors or panels of large dimensions and only 12 mm thick, with a very heavy external surface or a special geometry.

Doors to be lacquered

We produce doors to be lacquered in two solutions:

ALUXAPP for applications in humid environments,

ALUXAPP-H for environments without particular humidity issues.

Corian doors with aluminum honeycomb technology

Lacquering on aluminum from 1 to 2 mm

SPECIAL APPLICATIONS

ALUXAPP is chosen for applications in humid environments or where there are problems with lacquering aluminum directly.

Lacquering on HDF 1.8 or 6 mm (possible processing in thickness)

ALUXAPP-H can be lacquered more easily, it is suitable for normal environments that do not have particular humidity issues.

Veneered doors

Large doors with wood veneer finish, lightweight, stable, resistant to bending, do not strain the opening mechanisms.

In the photo, doors made of aluminum honeycomb panel covered and edged with wood veneer, solid wood on the perimeter, are cut at 45° on one long side for grip and the hardware is inserted on the opposite side.

Support for marble doors

For marble fronts, it is important to have a stable and rigid support that does not undergo tension from the fixing adhesives.

Glass door - Laminam

Aluminum frame doors, even in large sizes, covered in thin ceramic or glass.
In the photo, the doors have a solid wood perimeter for processing:
- 45° cut in the thickness for grip. - Hardware insertion for doors and drawers. - Edged in ABS.

Thin stone doors

Doors with facades and edges in thin stone, in ALUXAPP-P, lightweight, stable, resistant to bending, do not strain the opening mechanisms.
Doors covered in thin stone, the aluminum honeycomb guarantees a stable and rigid support that does not suffer from pulling by the fixing glues.
