Boiserie panels
Boiserie panels
ALUXAPP panels are excellent for creating large boiserie, because of:
- Lightness and rigidity of all parts of the system and ease of transport
- Aesthetic versatility in finishing surfaces
- Flatness with opening systems (e.g. doors), for linear continuity
- Possibility of soundproofing the room

Veneered panels
We produce boiserie panels to be veneered in three solutions, with:
with ALUXAPP, the veneer is applied directly on aluminum, for applications in humid environments,
with ALUXAPP-H the veneer is on 1.8 mm thick HDF and
with ALUXAPP-T the veneer is on 3 mm thick chipboard, for environments without particular humidity problems

ALUXAPP is chosen for applications in humid environments or where there are problems with lacquering aluminum directly.

Veneered essence on HDF 1.8 mm
surfaces: primer-coated sheets
0.5/1 mm + HDF from 1.8 to 6 mm THK
frame
in Eulithe® or phenolic plywood
edge in essence, metal or ABS.
ALUXAPP-H can be lacquered more easily, it is suitable for normal environments that do not have particular humidity problems.

Panels to be lacquered
We make boiserie panels to be lacquered in two solutions, :
ALUXAPP for applications in humid environments
ALUXAPP-H in environments without particular humidity problems.

Lacquering on aluminum of 1 / 1.5 / 2 mm
surfaces:
sheets with primer of 1 mm
frame
in Eulithe® or phenolic plywood
edge in wood, metal or ABS.

ALUXAPP is chosen for applications in humid environments or where there are problems with lacquering aluminum directly.
- Threaded insert
Lacquering on HDF 1.8 or 6 mm (possible processing in thickness)
surfaces: sheets with primer
0.5/1 mm + HDF from 1.8 to 6 mm THK
frame

HPL laminate panels
ALUXAPP-HPL is used with Eulithe frame for applications in particularly humid environments such as swimming pools, bathrooms, etc.
Whereas ALUXAPP-H.HPL with plywood frame is for normal environments that do not have particular humidity issues.
With HPL laminate on both sides or only one side.
Aluminum + HDF Laminate, on one or both sides

sheets with 0.5 mm Sp primer
+ HPL 0.9 mm SP

The hangers for boiserie can be screwed in using the threaded insert technique.
Self-tapping bushing in nylon or steel thread

The hangers are screwed to the honeycomb panel through anchoring with steel threads or self-tapping nylon bushings to ensure the necessary hold.
