Our panels are assembled cold, a technique that ensures greater stability and rigidity, especially when the panels are exposed to temperature variations.
Unlike panels with aluminum core and skins, which tend to deform with temperature changes, ours maintain their rigid structure, ensuring non-deformability – a fundamental characteristic for applications where dimensional stability is essential.

Asymmetric surfaces and multiple layering

Our panels with honeycomb support also allow the creation of asymmetrical surfaces and multiple layering.
Each layer can serve a specific function, combining different performances. For example, it is possible to maintain a structural skin and, in addition, apply a decorative skin or an additional intermediate layer that provides acoustic and thermal insulation.

Our panels can be designed with internal solid wood structures, which allow for any type of subsequent processing, either by us or by the customer. The frame or solid wood structure, whether internal or perimeter, ensures that the panel can be treated and processed like a traditional panel, while maintaining all its technical characteristics.
It is possible to section, drill, and edge the panels with the required characteristics.

Made to order

Our panels are made to order, without the need to start from pre-made panels. The analysis of the specific requirements for the panel's use guides the design, with the aim of offering the most advantageous solution both technically and economically.
